By processing your payment and completing an order with Sparrow & Finch, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding shipping and delivery of your order:
- Orders placed after 8am AEST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be sent out first thing the next business day. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday after this time will be sent on Monday morning.
- All orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement. This does exclude weekends and public holidays.
Sparrow & Finch charge a flat rate of $10.95 for express orders and $8.95 for standard orders within Australia and offer free shipping for orders over $100.
All domestic orders are shipped via Australia post.

Track your domestic order
International Orders – DHL Express
DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Signature is required on delivery for your security. If you are not present at the time of the delivery, your order will be sent to the nearest DHL facility.
DHL will sometimes leave your order in a safe place when you are not home to sign for delivery. Please ensure you check your tracking information for updates.
Rest of the World
- 7+ business days for Standard Shipping
- 4-7 business days for Express Shipping
- FREE shipping on orders over $250
- $20 for standard & $35 for express shipping for orders under $200
Once your order is packed and leaves our premises, you will be notified via email with a tracking number. This will allow you to monitor the progress of your order.
The above delivery times are subject to change depending on the time year, weekends, holiday periods and severe weather. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed orders.
Sparrow & Finch does not provide refunds to customers for failure to pay taxes and duties associated with their order.
All our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and do not include local taxes and import/custom duties for international orders.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, Sparrow & Finch cannot offer reimbursement for this order.
